OUR GOAL
We are a coaching forum providing resources and support for the coaches of our youth soccer teams. Our aim is to help coaches maximize their potential and that of their players. Our Coaches Resource is a place for coaches to find best practices, curriculums, and Session Plans geared toward their teams age group. It's a place to discuss strategies, and connect with other coaches in the program.
Coaches CORNER
Coach Seth Davis
Coach Seth is Director of CYSA. He and Coach Ken founded Citronelle Youth Soccer Academy in 2018. Coach Seth is a seasoned youth soccer coach with going on 10 years of experience. He has coached teams at various age levels and is now a Coach for the CHS Women's Soccer Team. He has obtained an extensive knowledge of the game and is continuing to further his Coaching License status. Coach Seth is passionate about developing young players both on and off the field.
Coach Ken Davis Jr
Coach Ken is Co-Director of CYSA soccer. He is also the Head Coach for the Citronelle High School Women's Soccer Team. Coach Ken has obtained an extensive knowledge of the game and is continuing to increase his Coaching License. He is passionate in developing the ability, knowledge, and skills of young athletes in the game of soccer and is dedicated to helping young players reach their full potential as players as well as valuable young men and women in their communities.
Coach Matt
Coach Matt was formally a U6 coach. He has recently moved to U8 where he, along with other U8 coaches, will lead our U8 program to effectively begin to shape the minds of our young athletes toward the game of Soccer. Coach Matt was a parent of a player in our U6 program and decided to support our program by becoming a coach for Citronelle Youth Soccer Academy a couple of years ago. He has increased his knowledge of the game and is currently working to obtain a license in Youth Coaching. Coach Matt is passionate about developing young players into their full potential.
Coach E
Coach E is formally a coach for U6 and U8 and is now coaching in the U11 division. Coach E has been with CYSA Soccer since the Academy was founded. He has recently stepped into a role of managing the parks scheduling and needs. Coach E is passionate in developing player knowledge and skills in the game of soccer and has a passion to continue his education obtaining his Coaching Lincense.
Coach Brandi
Coach Brandi is formally a coach for U11 and is now coaching in the U14 division. Coach Brandi has been with CYSA Soccer since the Academy was founded. Coach Brandi is passionate in developing player knowledge and skills in the game of soccer and has a passion to continue her education obtaining her Coaching Lincense.
